When we drive through Iowa, we see wide open spaces with soybeans and corn. This is the Iowa landscape. Lush and green in early summer, with a refreshing breeze a-blowing, we feel so good. Everything is all right! During summer, the crops are growing and growing, and in fall an ocean made of gold appears. Looking and touching the grains or beans, I am thankful for the all hard work of Iowa's farmers, the great cycle of nature, and just being here. I am a very lucky lady, and always so excited to make miso with organic soybeans, fresh from the field! IOWA MISO is mixed with very happy feelings, for it is made with organic soybeans grown with love and excitement, right here in Iowa!
