​Hello! My name is Tomie (Toh-mee-eh). My job is my family's health, seeing everybody's happy faces and hearing their cries "Delicious!" every time I cook a meal. This is how I started to make miso, and once started I couldn't stop: the flavors, the smells! Let's make more.
